March weather arrived early again this week. The region reached record highs yesterday. A wintery mix is in the forecast for tonight into tomorrow, with potential for 3-6 inches of snow and sleet in my area. I feel like this lone and flattened crocus I found in my backyard yesterday. Read more …

The weather is typical for February — flipping from record highs to ice and snow. The daffodils in my back yard are optimistic and a few have begun to emerge. Spending some time with them this afternoon provided some much needed mental relief. I hope the photo brings you comfort too. Read more …
