fresh for summer

My favourite part of summer cooking is the fresh herbs I have easily accessible to add to our meals. While I dry and put away a considerable apart of my harvest, it is nice to have fresh. I didn’t plant as much this year and neglected to plant a few things, but what I have is a welcome addition, no matter what time of the year.
