a large reading pile …
I have a large current reading pile and quite a few books I recently finished that need reviews. The problem with ebooks is I can borrow them from the library at almost any time and each new one doesn’t add physical weight! I also have four real books piled on my nightstand …
This is part of the current pile that needs tending to.
Not in any related order, the titles include:
The Falling Woman · Empire Express: Building the First Transcontinental Railroad · Catfantastic IV · Dungeons & Dreamers: A Story of how Computer Games Created a Global Community · How to be a Productivity Ninja: Worry Less, Achieve More and Love What You Do · Stuffocation · The Nourished Kitchen: Farm-to-Table Recipes for the Traditional Foods Lifestyle Featuring Bone Broths, Fermented Vegetables, Grass-Fed Meats, Wholesome Fats, Raw Dairy, and Kombuchas · The Best Science Fiction and Fantasy of the Year: Volume Eight · The Knowledgeable Knitter: From Planning Your Project to Fitting and Finishing, All You Need to Know to Unlock Your Knitting Potential · Brassicas: Cooking the World’s Healthiest Vegetables: Kale, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts and More · The Word Exchange · The Rise: Creativity, the Gift of Failure, and the Search for Mastery · The Secret Life of Sleep · Meatless All Day: Recipes for Inspired Vegetarian Meals · Thanks for the Feedback: The Science and Art of Receiving Feedback Well · Caffeinated: How Our Daily Habit Helps, Hurts, and Hooks Us · In Celebration of Lammas Night · Visions of Technology: A Century of Vital Debate About Machines Systems and the Human World · Small Giants: Companies That Choose to Be Great Instead of Big
Hmm. I can’t remember what it was like to read one book at a time and there are many missing from this list.
Which title interests you the most? I’ll write those up first.
Reminder: most books I read are borrowed from the public library. A few are from various websites gifting me the book in exchange for a review (primarily: goodreads, librarything, and netgalley). Some I own. When books are reviewed with words, not just listed, I disclose if they were received from one of these review programs. Thank you.
