knitted: impatient for spring hat

Impatient, desperate, well, it is officially spring by all counts and it is still definitely March since it’s been trying to snow all day with various degrees of success. Mostly though I have rain outside my window. That’s fine. I like spring rains.

A few weeks ago I looked at my beloved Alpaca Grey Rose Red hat and realized I had nothing nice and new for Spring. The grey hat has been very well worn this winter and has fulled slightly (making it warmer!) but I am tired of it. I don’t want to wear it anymore. I want it to be warmer and Spring!
