perfect quick afternoon break

I took a few very short moments for myself this afternoon and met up Teabird and her friend M for tea. Then we went to Strand. It’s definitely the cure for the wacky Monday I had. But now I’m paying for that time for myself while the world went kitten rampaging around me. So a pathetic super short post of linkage to what I’ve finished recently follows. Yes, I bought home quite a few books. I’ve not gone acquiring lately so I felt I was very well restrained. While ARCs are generally soft cover and inexpensive (Strand resells them for $1.99), when you buy six of them and one of them is 848 pages, it gets heavy.
