This is the second loaf I’ve baked since Sunday. I mixed it at 5:30am and baked at 6:30pm. E gobbles it up. It makes me feel good. I just wish I could eat it without getting ill. I will nibble bits of this crust though. It sloshed in the pan and the resulting crust is pure temptation.
I’ll live with the gluten headache.
Soon I’ll start baking bread for myself as well. I just need to re-borrow a few books from the library and figure out how to make the work-flow possible for my schedule.
