Random the second: I’ve been totally and completely spoiled by the packaged roasted and peeled chestnuts available cheaply year-round. Tonight I roasted some for the first time this season and while they tasted better ….
Random the third: The main reason I struggle over breakfast now that I’m GF is because of my cereal of choice. I’m a plainest jane when it comes to cereal. Plain Cheerios. Plain rice crispies. Plain corn flakes. Please don’t put a hint of sweetener. I don’t want it. Don’t even think of adding milk either. I want it separate in a glass. Thank you. I’ve been reexploring the expensive gluten-free cereal aisle in a desire to shake it up and make sure I have more than a mug of coffee for breakfast. This go around I found Gluten Free Crispy Brown Rice and it is divine! I just wish my local market sold it for less than $4.99. Ouch.
