with a little help
from my patient husband.
While there were no late nights or meltdowns this semester, a clutter control problem occurred. A row this weekend resulted in containing some of the bigger parts, but I really do need to do something about the rest of it.
Part of the issue is that I took a bunch of yarn out to play and it’s all over. I’m trying to figure out what will be donated or otherwise given away.
Part of the issue is that I’m tired by the time I complete the work I have to that I have no desire at all to do anything other than curl up and sleep.
Part of the issue is that I take after my mum and have always had a clutter issue.
Part of the issue is that E is a semi-neat freak. He doesn’t comprehend stash or neatly stacked piles.
That the weather is quite nasty I’m home early (a client and I mutually decided to postpone today’s appointment until next week) and doubt I’ll be going out tomorrow (sorry Susan and Sara and (!surprise!) your boxes will hopefully go out on Monday).
I emailed E when I got home that I had no idea where to begin.
Thus my Corporate* employed husband responded with this PDF. Enjoy! It’s nice that he made me laugh before I start a task that I deeply detest.
* I work for small businesses and Indie’s … totally different worlds. Not that I don’t use visio or flow charts. I just work in a less formal structure and find it amusing how we often approach similar problems.
ps I have been doing flylady for years and just fell off the wagon. I’ll get back to where I want to be!

Aww, you linked to me! Here I’m thinking you’re apologizing to an in-person friend you were to meet for lunch, or something. :) No worries. It’s so sweet of you to think of me, I can’t imagine being bothered by a delay.
Cute!
