Not much new to report in food… I’ve been purchasing as many vegetables as I can from the various farmer’s markets as I can. We ate a few nice salads and had a very wonderful pasta sauce this past week. For shabbos I made the couscous I had made a few weeks back and it became lunch as well. I couldn’t find feta Friday afternoon (you take what you can find on Fridays) so I substituted regular goat cheese (with red pepper) and it was just as yummy.
I’m eager to see what new goodies appear this week.
