missing card
my beloved nypl card is missing. i’m pretty sure it’s somewhere in the apartment but i’m not sure where — i was incredibly tired on Tuesday and had several bags so it could have gone almost anywhere but where it should have. i recall using the card to check books out Tuesday before the dentist. That is the last I recall seeing it. I have already looked inside the books I checked out. I hope it wasn’t stuck inside one i returned today. i’m pretty nervous about it but don’t want to report it lost until i’m sure. if you’ve seen it, please tell it to stop having fun without me and come home. please.
