Meals in our house the last few weeks before pesach get interesting.. there are pasta mixes and combinations that probably wouldn’t be eaten at other times .. but in a desire to clear out cabinets to make space for pesach you gotta do what you gotta do.
I just wish the meals I’ve been cooking lately were edible without a generous dosage of seasoning at the table. *sigh*
It seems if I’ve made it or something similar recently it comes out horridly (i.e. pasta sauce). If I haven’t made it for a few weeks (honey pineapple sauce for tofu) it comes out splendid.
Please don’t remind me how soon pesach is. I’m sure the shops around here are already sold out of the foods I want.
