I am in love with baby bok choy these days. I found this baby bok choy with tofu recipe and made it for shabbat. I added some baby corn as E isn’t a big fan of bok choy. It was really good, with just the right amount of spice except for that it sat in the oven staying warm for about an hour and everything wilted. :(
I love rice crackers and am very happy the Snack pac is OU certified. The pink package is regular rice crackers, the green is wasabi, I forget off the top of my head what the other colors are. I like regular ones best, wasabi when I want a non-drug painkiller.
I need to rethink what I’m cooking these days and set myself to make easy, fast, healthy, reusable meals. I also need to figure out what my lunch bento will contain .. it’s been quite a while since I last used it and many creative websites have emerged since then. [of course i should have been using it for dinner before class but I’m not that smart.]
