I miss Iron Chef. I am not a fan of the “America” version, though I would love to be able to make the mess and have access to wonderful tools and ingredients.
As for cooking, there wasn’t very much this past week.
I am slowly perfecting my bibimbap, and thinking of new ways to enhance it. My dolsot pots are still packed and waiting a new kitchen (don’t hold your breath, I’m not). I love the crispy rice so I fried a bunch this time and put that in the bottom of my bowl. It wasn’t ideal but it was much closer to the effect I wanted.
