This work is very different from her other series. It took a little for me to get into but I very greatly enjoyed it and am looking forward to reading Last of the Wilds soon.
Magic’s Pawn by Mercedes Lackey
This was wonderful and I completed the entire book shabbos afternoon. I am am specifically making a stop to the library to (hopefully, they claim it to be on the shelf) pick up Magic’s Promise (yes, I do prefer reading in historical order).
