whatever.
anyway, ibm’s tech support is WONDERFUL. I called them monday morning for a new hard drive for a laptop (what is it with me and hard drives lately?) and i didn’t have to jump through hoops verifying the dead drive (or hold the phone to it which other tech support have made me do). THANK YOU … oh and parts have shipped quick. yay!
