I actually really like plain steamed rice, although usually with Chinese food or sushi. I have found it is one of the most digestible things for me to eat. Yay! I used to like fried rice, but after switching to steamed I have found that fried can be a bit too salty and takes away the taste from the other foods.

Names for a rice cooker? How about snowball or fluffy? I don't know, I may just be silly! =)

Not really vegetarian at all, but my favorite way to eat rice is fried rice. Sometimes with ground beef, green onions, and a generous amount of curry powder; other times with ground beef or diced chicken, green onions, cabbage or bok choy cut small, and soy and oyster sauces; or with diced Chinese sausage, sliced egg omelet, and green onions. All seasoned with salt, of course, but never with pepper.
