Corrie tagged me for a 5 question meme… turning it into a wonderful 10 question meme. Here’s my go at it.

What do you do if someone pushes into a queue in front of you?
Depends on how they did it and why. If they are really rude I tend to comment on how sharp my knitting needles are.. ;)
If you had 6 months to live, what would you most regret not doing?
Spending more time with people I love and helping others with less than I ..
What is your favourite hot drink and why?
Chai Tea. Yum!! I love the mix of flavours and the milk just makes me soo happy.
What do you do if you already have a plan and you then get invited to a “better” event?
Uhm… I don’t think this has happened to me for years… I guess I’d see if I could do both.
What do you most value? What is most important to you? You’re not allowed to say God or any other people!
I value my “me” time. Family is important to me.
What’s one thing that a stranger could do or say that would make you think, “this could be a kindred spirit”?
Mention a book or musical composition I might have also enjoyed.. and then do it again…
What is one item you’ve purchased in the past 6 months that has felt like a splurge?
My husband’s anniversary present. Cufflinks from Tiffany’s. (Technically they were his wedding gift. I still “owe” him two years of gifts and we won’t mention his birthday…)
What is the oddest interaction that you’ve had with a person in the past week?
A bit one-sided but I walked into Trader Joe’s last week and some guy was ranting at how someone was attempting with a baby carriage go out the in and was being helped by some staff and helpful customers (as the line was a mile long and going through the queue past the registers to exit was quite difficult and crowded). It was just odd. He then started ranting on anyone who was near him. I love NYC.
What do you do if someone gives you a gift that you don’t really want?
This doesn’t happen much as I rarely receive gifts (preferring people donate to those with less than I)… (it used to with my mum, who has different rules) .. I let the gift sit for a while if possible. I find items grow on me and in time they are perfect.
What is one character trait that you would want to change, and why?
Just one? That I constantly lack self confidence.
