Because it is much later than planned or desired:
We took the blanket for a tour of coney island today. We didn’t go on the cyclone but we did see the beach, quite an inspiration, even if we couldn’t go swimming.

here’s a quick (blurry?) progress shot of monkey. i think i’m going to go down another needle size for the foot. i like “negative ease” in the foot and don’t want bunchy socks at my toes!

I went on the Cyclone twice in my life. Scared the daylights out of me! I don’t know that I’ll do it again.
