E and I took the sock-which-has-been-ignored-for-weeks to Fort Tilden today. The sky was blue, the water was blue, the sock is blue, and we’re not! Yay! Happy weather!!

Anyway, PG is pissed at me as I left her home to do some client work because it has to get done before MDSWF. I must say, she types quite well for someone without opposable thumbs. ;)

The sock is ready for its toe and then I can knit the second sock. And then be done. Hopefully. I’m worried these will be too tight, the recipient needs loose but warm socks. We’ll see. We’ll see. At worse I have had a very long learning swatch (times two). :)
