htaccess broke again

last week i was fixing my htaccess to clean up my links. i apparently broke tomcat in the process.
my husband fixed tomcat last night, and it broke my htaccess.
THUS links have /index.php/ again. Sorry! I’ll try to straighten this out once and for all.
