So You Want to be a Wizard by Diane Duane.
I was cleaning some of my stuff out of my mother’s house over this holiday break and found this book. I had never read it, I think I gave it to her for some present years ago because she likes fantasy children’s books. So I took it back and read it. It’s cute and a nice, easy, enjoyable read. Now to not go crazy and buy/read the entire series right now … my to-read shelf (and pile of books from the libraries) is a bit out of control…

I LOVED these books (I read them when I was about 14). The entire series was thought provoking as well as being a fun, easy read. Just about everything I’ve read by Diane Duane has been great.
