One to One : Self-Understanding Through Journal Writing by Christina Baldwin. This work was so innovative in 1977 that the Library of Congress had to create a new category for her! It’s a very fascinating read and has helped my journaling tremendously.
In case you are that curious it was for my book group and yes I do keep a paper journal in addition to all these random blogs I keep. No, you cannot see it.
